Ninety bars are not ninety days of evidence. Most of them are usually blank.

Velo runs in one region and one zone, has been in production for a short time, and is watched by nothing outside itself. A status page that reports a flawless quarter across every component is usually telling you that nobody was looking. So the strips start blank, the percentage is computed only over days that produced a sample, and where nothing has been sampled at all you get a dash instead of a number.

That is the whole rule this page follows: publish what was measured, mark the rest as unmeasured, and never let an absence of data look like uptime.
